Complete renovation and creation of loft apartments with roof terraces in a historical building in a prime district of Vienna
Stylish apartments and loft apartments with roof terraces with stunning views were created in a wonderful location in the heart of the charming Servitenviertel in Vienna. A building in a dire state with 2,300 m2 floor space was transformed into a magnificent building with 3,400 m2 floor space. Through the combination of historical and modern architecture elements, apartments with a unique flair were created. For this project the following steps were implemented:
